Florida pests don't take seasons off, so neither do we
A one-time treatment is a snapshot — it handles today. But Florida's pest pressure is a movie that never ends: ants in spring, mosquitoes in summer, roaches after every storm, rodents in the cool months. A prevention plan is the scheduled, year-round barrier that keeps all of it out, instead of reacting to each wave as it arrives.
What's included
Scheduled exterior barrier treatments — foundation, eaves, door and window frames, entry points — refreshed before the product breaks down. Interior treatment as needed — targeted, not broadcast, and only where activity warrants it. Free re-treats between visits — if pests show up between scheduled service, we come back at no charge. Ongoing monitoring — we watch for new issues (a fresh ant trail, a new wasp nest starting) and handle them before they grow.
What it costs vs. what it saves
Plans are priced by home size and pressure — and they're consistently cheaper than the alternative most people live: a $150 one-off here, a $200 emergency visit there, plus the cost of whatever the pests damaged in between. The plan also buys something harder to price: not thinking about pests. No more 11pm ant emergencies, no more wondering what's in the attic.
Is a plan right for you?
If you've had two or more pest issues in a year, if your yard has heavy pressure (lake, woods, citrus, oak canopy), or if you just want it handled — yes. If you had one ant scout in three years, we'll tell you honestly that you don't need it. Read our guide on treatment frequency for the full breakdown.
