Dense neighborhoods, persistent pests
Pine Hills is dense residential — single-family homes close together, duplexes, apartments, and rental turnover. Density drives the pest mix: German roaches moving between units and neighboring homes, rodents along the commercial corridors and older structures, and the ants that exploit every gap in aging housing stock.
What we treat most here
German roaches. The dominant call — kitchens in homes, duplexes, and apartments. Multi-visit baiting programs, because this pest doesn't do one-and-done. In rentals, coordination with landlords on neighboring units makes or breaks the job.
Rodents. Older structures with original gaps, plus commercial corridor spillover. Exclusion-focused work: seal the entries, then trap what's inside.
Ants. Argentine and ghost ants in the standard Florida pattern — kitchens, bathrooms, after rain.
Mosquitoes. The area's lakes and retention ponds (Lake Lawne, Lake Silver, and the rest) keep seasons long.
Renters welcome
A lot of Pine Hills rents. We work with renters directly — and we'll help you document issues for your landlord when the problem needs structural fixes (exclusion, plumbing leaks feeding roaches) that are the owner's responsibility. Send the form and tell us your situation.
